Your Role

Saab Aeronautics is growing and is now looking for two administrators for Fighter Production in Linköping Tannefors. Aeronautics is Saab's business area for aircraft systems in civil and military aviation. With us, you will be part of an innovative organization that values collaboration, development, and work-life balance.

The positions are divided into two areas of responsibility where one administrator works towards the Management Office and the other towards Detail Manufacturing. In the role of administrator, you will support managers and production leaders in daily administrative tasks and drive smaller improvement and development projects within your area of responsibility.

You will play a key role in creating structure and ensuring that the operation functions efficiently, both in daily work and in the long term. You will be involved in the area's management team and collaborate closely with other functions and administrators within Fighter Production. The work is conducted on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative support to managers and production leaders
• Purchasing, work clothes, and consultant management
• Personnel administration, registry maintenance, and documentation
• Travel bookings and some financial administration
• Safety-related administrative tasks
• Improvement and development work

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, structured, and meticulous, and who enjoys helping others in their daily lives. Furthermore, you are self-driven, unpretentious, and solution-oriented, with the ability to handle both routine tasks and more complex issues. You communicate well and work with high integrity.

Additionally, you need:

• Experience with administrative systems (Saab experience is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security clearance, this may entail requirements for specific citizenship.
